The neighborhood has everything from cozy bungalows to sprawling mansions and friendly neighbors from all walks of life. Within minutes of walking distance are some beautiful places, including: The Oliver Mansion, a 38-room Victorian house, the Studebaker National Museum and The History Museum, the K.C. De Rhodes House, designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, and Tippecanoe Place, Clem Studebaker's historic mansion and restaurant, and the Civil Rights Heritage Center. Guests will also enjoy many local dining establishments within walking distance. Be sure to checkout Notre Dame while in the area! We are a quick 10-15 minute drive to campus.
